On 10 November 2017, in Bonn, REINVENT took part in 'Deep Decarbonisation of Materials Processing Industries', organised by Wuppertal Institute.

The conference on "Deep Decarbonisation of Materials Processing Industries - Implications for Policy, Industry and Research" on 10 November 2017, which took place alongside COP23 in Bonn, was presented by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Innovation, Digitalisation and Energy of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (MWIDE), the Wuppertal Institute and the EnergyAgency.NRW.
